License Agreement

Important: Please read this agreement carefully. By using OtomaX (software) means that you have read and agree with this agreement.



  1. Software is OtomaX – Orisinil Topup Machine software.
  2. Developer is Yusuf Arief Rahmanto, who developed the Software.
  3. OtomaX Center is one-stop service center managed by the Developer, and the duty to serve users and prospective users of Software.
  4. Partner means individuals or entities outside OtomaX Center which is authorized by the developer to serve users and prospective users.
  5. Licensed SIM Card is the SIM Card specifically used in the software license verification process.
  6. Subscription Period is the period in which software can be used.


  1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Developer, as provided by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, hereby grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable during the Subscription Period to use the Software only in the form of executable or object code only, and only for purposes that are permitted in accordance with applicable provision.
  2. SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD. Subscription Period is one (1) year from the date of purchase, and must be renewed each year in accordance with applicable regulations.
  3. LICENSED SIM CARD. Software checks the SIM card in the license verification process. You acknowledge and understand that the damage of the Licensed SIM Card can cause Software does not work. You are solely responsible for maintaining includes maintaining the active period of the SIM Card. If the Licensed SIM card is damaged, you can apply for a Licensed SIM card replacement. You own who provide the new physical SIM Card, and then ask a new Serial Number to OtomaX Center or its Partners. Licensed SIM Card replacement will be charged in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. And you are willing to send the old Licensed SIM Card to Developer, where you are to bear all costs arising from the delivery. SIM Card Licensed replacement is limited to one (1) time in a month, and three (3) times a year. When considered suspicious, Developer reserves the right to unilaterally refuse the request of the Replacement of Licensed SIM Card.
  4. LIMITATIONS. You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to, (i) duplicate this Software for any purpose other than that required for using it appropriately as stated in this Agreement and for the purposes of off-line archiving and disaster recovery, (ii) to install this Software on a computer other than that permitted by applicable regulations, (iii) use the same Serial Number provided by the Developer on more than one (1) computer at the same time, (iv) notify the Serial Number provided by the Developer to any party other than the Developer, OtomaX Center, or Partner, as related support services of this software, (v) publish the Software or Serial Number, or use other than for the permitted purposes, (vi) reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, reconstruct, alter or extract the Software or any part thereof, (vii) alter, modify, plowing or change this software, (viii) transfer, pledge, rent, share or sublicense the Software, (ix) provide any third party access to or use of this software on a subscription service or application service provider or other similar venture.
  5. INSTALLATION ANS SETTING. Developer agreed that the purchase of Software includes installation and setting assistance so Software can be used for pulse charging transaction. Installation and setting assistance is given to a maximum of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. You understand that the installation and setting assistance is not carried out by the Developer, but by those who directly sell this Software to you. If within fifteen (15) days, not because you refuse and/or busy, the software can not be used, you can submit your complaint through OtomaX Center and/or request for a refund in accordance with the applicable provisions of section 4. WARRANTY.
  6. UPDATE. Developer, from time to time, may be providing updates for this software. Developer, according to the provisions applicable to this Agreement, gives you a license to use the Update, during the Subscription Period, in accordance with the release date of the Update. You agree that the Update is provided to enhance or correct errors in the Software. You accept that the Developer, in its sole discretion, may stop making Updates for this software.
  7. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Developer, through OtomaX Center and its Partners provide technical support for users of Software as long as the Subscription Period. Technical support is done through email only. Technical support through other media such as instant messaging (chat), telephone, or remote control, are not included in this Agreement. Technical Support does not include, as well as disturbances caused by, software and other hardware that is not made by Developer, such as (but not limited to) Operating System, SQL Server, Firewall, and Anti-Virus.
  8. USER FEEDBACK. Developer invite your feedback with respect to the service and/or Software, including notice that you have experienced failure, error or malfunction Software, and suggestions for additional features and functions. You can give somments and suggestions to Developer through OtomaX Center. Developer shall have no obligation to respond or act on any such comments or suggestions, but you give Developer the rights and licenses are perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty-free, worldwide license and based on intellectual property rights (if any) to implement your comments and suggestions in this Software, services, and other products and services provided by the Developer, its affiliated companies, and their licensees, their successors and the recipients of their rights.

Developer reserves all rights in the Software not expressly granted by this Agreement. All copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, data file, images and all documentation relating to the Software) is owned by the Developer or its licensors, and is protected by copyright laws, international treaties and other applicable laws.

Developer guarantee that within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase, software can be used as appropriate in accordance with applicable terms and conditions. If these guarantee are not fulfilled then you are entitled to request for a refund for one (1) time of Software price. To exercise your right, you need to uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software you may have made (including all archival copies), and if the purchase is included with CD, please return the complete CD corresponding original packet, and sends the Licensed SIM Card to Developer. You bear all costs incurred for the purposes of such delivery. Related to warranty, you understand that the Serial Number you received when purchasing is temporary, and when it passed the warranty period, you can get the proper Serial Number for free through OtomaX Center or its Partners. This warranty only applies to new purchases, and does not apply to Updates and Upgrades.

Developer or OtomaX Center shall not be liable for any damages including lost profits or revenues, business opportunities or other business interruption, arising from the use of Software, even if the Developer has been notified of the possibility of these things. User acknowledge that computer and telecommunications systems are not fault-free and occasional periods of downtime may occur on the online verification server or its supporting system. Developer do not guarantee the services will be uninterrupted, or error-free.

You acknowledge that Software may send certain information related to license verification and transaction statistics. The information is used solely for the purposes of license verification and improvement of services for Software users, and not released to the public. Software does not collect, or store confidential information such as bank account numbers, bank statements and balances, login and password in addition to the user’s computer, unless there is a specific agreement that allows it.


  1. This Agreement may be changed at any time without prior notice, therefore users are encouraged to visit this page to see the changes (if any).
  2. This Agreement is prepared in the Indonesian language. Although the Developer may provide some translations, but the Indonesian version that will be used as a reference.
